1 package of whole mushrooms
1 can of salad shrimp
1 cup of shredded mozarella
How To Prepare:
remove the stems from the mushrooms (save them you will need them later). Next, hollow out the mushrooms with a knife. Finely chop the stemps up as well as the shrimp. In a pan, fry the shrimp and mushroom stems in the garlic butter until the stems take on a brownish color. The stuffing is now complete. Fill the mushrooms with the stuffing, top with mozarella and broil until cheese is melted.
