Ingredients: 2 cups crushed pork rinds
1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
2t.dried basil
2t.dried thyme
2 t. paprika

1 t. salt/optional
1 t. pepper
3/4 cup butter, melted
21/2 pounds boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
How To Prepare: In a shallow bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Place butter in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking sheet pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins or until juices run clear.
