1 pound bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt/ optional
How To Prepare:
Layer sausage in bottom of 12 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, cream, butter dry mustard and salt. Pour over sausage and cheese.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake casserole for 35 mins or until set. (Freeze in portions for quick breakfast)
