Ingredients: Hamburger
Taco Seasoning

Grated Cheddar Cheese (this will be the shell)

Diced Tomatoe
Chopped Lettuce
Diced Onion
Diced Avocado (Optional)
Sour Cream (Optional)

How To Prepare: Brown Hamburger, add taco seasoning per directions. Prepare "Taco Shells" by spreading about 1/2 cup of cheese in a circle on plate and nuke for 1:20 - 1:40 minutes, until they bubble and are lacey. Let them cool, and fold in half. Add meat and the toppings as desired.
Note: Taco Seasoning has a trace of sugar
Number of Servings: Depends on how many you want to make
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Maybe 5-6 each, depending on topping
Preparation Time: 15 - 20 minutes tops

I made 2 small plates of cheese mixed with some taco seasoning in the microwave. Letting the cheese cool is important to giving the taco that crunch! I layered the hard flat taco with the meat,shredded cheese, avocado in the middle and another cheese taco layer on top with more filling and made a mexican type pizza. It was absolute heaven! Yummy Yummy Yummy!
