1/2 cup diced canned tomatoes, drained
8 oz. ground beef, cooked and drained
12 slices American Cheese
1 Tb. ground cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 Tb. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 Tb. heavy cream
How To Prepare:
Just combine ingredients and heat and stir until melted and smoothe. Wonderful for having on hand frozen, and serve in a crock pot.
Serve with raw vegges,or pork rinds Each 1/2 cup equal 186 cal.
13 g. fat,4 g. carb, 12 gra protein (This is a good cheese dip to make and freeze in portions until crunches hit you.)A serving would make a good feeding.

9 servings at 1/2 cup each person
