Ingredients: 1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sun flower seeds
2/3 cup unsweetned

2/3 cup unsweetned
2 tbl. soy protien powder
1/3 cup vanilla sugar free
syrup or maple syrup
How To Prepare: Mix all dry ingreidents
together, stir in syrup.
Spray a cookie sheet with a
no stick spray and spread
mixture out on sheet. Bake
at 300 degrees for apx
15-20 minutes.
My kids love this stuff, I can't
keep it made fast enough!
