Ingredients: 8 oz. Regular Philly Cream Cheese (8carbs), 1/4 cup of Smuckers SF Breakfast Syrup (8carbs) and Plain Pork Rinds (no carbs).
How To Prepare: Put Cream cheese in Microwave safe bowl and nuke on high for about 15 sec. (repeat till cheese is soft and easy to stir). Then, add your Smuckers syrup and using your hand mixer on med for about 30 seconds will fluff the mixture. Ref. for about 1 hour and serve with Plain Pork Rinds.

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 2 carbs per serving (If using Philly Cream Cheese, other brands can be higher in carbs)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes...Sits in Frig about 1 hour to cool.
