These "nachos" are super easy and the smoky flavor makes them a hands down favorite. Plus, there's NO CLEAN-UP! Serve them straight from the pan at your next cookout!
1 9 ounce package plain pork rinds
3 cups shredded cheddar-jack-american cheese
1/2 cup sliced freshed or canned jalapeno peppers
Low Carb Condiments of your choice-sour cream, guacamole, salsa
How To Prepare:
Preheat the grill to low. Spread pork rinds in a lightly greased disposable aluminum pan (9" by 13"). Sprinkle with cheese and jalapenos.
Place pan on grill rack, and grill covered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with condiments of your choice!
