Low Carb Treats
1 Low Carb Flour Tortilla
1 to 3 sliced of ham (>1carb)
1T. whipped Philly Cream Cheese w/Chives
small dill pickles or slices pickles
How To Prepare:
Slightly warm flour tortilla in microwave to soften (10 seconds). [5 carbs]
Spread on 1T. Philly Cream Cheese w/Chives.
*Good without the Chives flavor also [>1 carbs] Place a layer of thin ham on top of spread.[0 carbs] Place row of small pickles or slices in the center and roll up.[0 carbs] You are rolling into a tube shape, starting at the edge of the tortilla.
The Cheese spread hold everything together.
Slice into about 6-8 pieces and lay flat.

1 Tortilla = 5 carbs.
