Low Carb Pizza!!
This is really really good!

Ingredients:
|
5 carb whole wheat tortilla
Little bit of pizza sauce from a jar (only a couple of carbs)
Toppings: shredded mozzarella cheese, add your own favorite veggies or meats (I like spinach and onion myself!)

How To Prepare:
|
Brush olive oil onto 2 tortillas, spread out on baking pan (This makes 2 servings.)
Put pan in oven (350) for a few minutes until slightly browned, this helps make it crispy
Add pizza sauce on top of tortilla
Add toppings
Place it in the oven, 350 until toppings are hot and cheese melted
After removing it from the oven, add some red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.
