Ingredients:
|
1/4 c. butter
1-1/2 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
3 cups pecan halves
2 T. spenda
1 t. salt
|

How To Prepare:
|
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the cumin and cayenne; cook and stir for 1 min. Remove from the heat; stir in the pecans, splenda and salt until well coated.
Spreak in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 mins or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Store in an airtight container.
