Description: This is a take on a old fashioned ham and swiss melt, substitute as you will, this is how we like it...
Ingredients: 10 slices of deli Swiss Cheese
4 slices of Deli Ham (go for smoked, avoid honey)
Spicy Brown Mustard or Dijon Mustard
Sliced Tomato
Or whatever you like on your sammies...
How To Prepare: First put 8 of the swiss cheese slices in a frying pan on medium heat, let cook til brown, then flip and cook on the other side. ( probly can only do a few at a time like me) Takes maybe 2-3 minutes.

Drain slices on paper towels.

Fold the ham slices in half layer on a microwave safe dish and top with remaining cheese. Nuke for a minute or so til cheese melts. Cut the folded slices in half so you should have 4 portions of 2 folded halves.

Then take two of the fried cheese slices and make your sammy! We like brown spicy mustard, lettuce and tomato...absolutely delicious!
Number of Servings: 2 (2 sammies each)
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 7 carbs per serving without veggies
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
