1 tbl. soy flour or carbquick
2 tbl. unsalted butter
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbl. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup low carb bread crumbs (4C brand or keto) or (crushed pork rinds)
1 - 6 1/2 oz can minced clams undrained
8 large mushroom caps
Preheat oven to 400.
How To Prepare:
Cook garlic in butter in skillet until golden brown. Stir in flour sub. Add rest of ingredients. Mix until well combined. Spoon into 8 large mushroom caps. In shallow baking pan, bake 5 - 7 minutes or until hot.
