I had an open faced italian sandwich once years ago with the same ingredients except it was on italian bread. This is my low carb version.
wheat low carb tortilla (the small ones)
3 slices salami
1 slice provolone, cut into strips
thin slivers of onion
thin slice of tomato
How To Prepare:
place tortilla in oven under broiler. let crisp for a minute or two...keep an eye on it.
once slightly crips, layer on salami, strips of cheese, slivers of onion and tomato and sprinkle with oregano place under broiler for a minute or two once again, keep your eye on it!
