Description: These sound kinda funny, but they taste great and make a good snack. Very low carb and perfect for induction
Ingredients: Hard boiled eggs
Tuna Salad (tuna, celery, mayo)
shredded cheese (optional)
celery salt (optional)
How To Prepare: Slice hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolk. You can mash some of the yolks into the tuna salad if you like but I usually save them to use in another dish. Mound each half egg with tuna salad and enjoy.
Number of Servings: 4 half eggs = 1 serving
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 1 gram
Preparation Time: 10 minutes not counting the time to boil the eggs
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
