It is a spinachy, parmasan, garlic cream cheese dip and it is good!
2 Bricks of Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons of chopped garlic
1/2 bag of frozen, chopped Spinach
1 cup of Parmasan cheese, shredded
Sea salt, pepper to taste. Variation: Add a little bit of Chopped, frozen artichokes (warmed in microwave) and make it an artichoke dip.
How To Prepare:
Warm up Cream cheese in microwave. Microwave the Spinach Seperately until cooked. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put into a baking dish, and pop into oven on 375 degrees for about 10 mins. YUM!
Use to dip Cucumber slices, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and other veggies!
