1 lb. Sliced Mushrooms
2 tbs. Butter
1 Medium Onion
1 tbs. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 tbs. Mayonnaise (approximately)
How To Prepare:
Finely chop mushrooms & onions in a food processor. Saute in a large skillet with the butter. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT the Mayonnaise and cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes. (Yes, 30 minutes) Cool & thoroughly stir in Mayonnaise. Adjust seasonings & pack into an oiled mold. Chill at least 2 hours. Unmold for serving & let stand to "warm up" slightly
