AWESOME- if I must say! I used to make these just a little different before low carb- still as good! I PROMISE!
1/2 bag of bacon bits (or 3 strips of fried bacon)
3/4 package of cream cheese
1 tsp. of dried minced onion
1 tsp. chives
1 tbl. sour cream
1/4 c. Swiss cheese
2 tbl. fresh minced garlic
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
Low carb crumbs mixture
How To Prepare:
Either use the pre-done bacon bits or fry, drain & crumble the bacon. Meanwhile, sofen the cream cheese in a bowl, add the bacon, onion, chives,and Swiss cheese. Mix well. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and break apart half of them into the mushroom mixture & the garlic. Mix again.
Stuff each mushroom overflowing. Add a sprinkle of the Parmesan cheese on top of each shroom and then a dusting of the low carb crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes.
