Throw all ingredients in a small microwaveable bowl and mix. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes on high (make sure the egg is cooked and not raw). Top with more SF syrup if you'd like or eat as is. Tastes better warm.
You can also top with strawberries, coffee, whipped cream (whatever you like)to make variations of this but make sure you count the carbs.
