Keep this healthy -- don't use those new LC yogurts full of starches and crap!
Plain yogurt cheese (strained plain yogurt) -- or i use the TOTAL greek yogurt from TJS
Sweetner of choice -- I use stevia but you can use davinci's since yocheese is thick enough
flavoring (vanilla, cinnamon etc. -- optional)
How To Prepare:
Cover dehydrator tray with wrap. Mix all other ingredients together (taste to make sure its to your liking ). Spread over plastic wrap with outer edges twice as thick as center (outer edges dry faster). Put in dehydrator at 145F for a few hours, checking after 2 hours and every hour after that (mine takes no more than 4 hours). Now take out and peel off yogurt pieces (they crack into little candy pieces when drying). ANd that is ARGO CANDY!
