1 La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 T. Olive Oil
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To Prepare:
In a small non-stick skillet, place oil and turn burner to medium high. When warmed, place tortilla in oil and allow to brown on one side (approx. 1-1 1/2 minutes) and then flip to the other side. Immediately after flipping, place cheese onto tortilla while in pan to melt cheese. Serve on a plate. You may cut with a knife or pizza cutter into wedges.
Optional toppings: (these will add carbs--be careful) picante sauce, chopped green onions, olives, pepperoni, etc.
