Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin
2 cups almond flour
5 eggs
3/4 cup parmesan
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
a few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
How To Prepare: Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
foil & grease a bread pan
blend ingrediants and pour in pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours till inserted knife is clean.

Good toasted with butter or cream cheese, good for sandwhiches. Might make a good deep dish pizza crust in a different pan.

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 5-4-3.5
Preparation Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
