2 pounds velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies -- (10 oz.)
How To Prepare:
Dice Velveeta into 1 inch cubes. Throw them in a big bowl. Pour the entire contents of the can of Rotel into the bowl. Microwave on high until melted, stirring at 1 minute intervals.
Once melted and mixed, use as a dip with pork rinds or raw veggies, or as a sauce over chicken breasts, steaks, ground beef patties, broccoli, cauliflower, or anything imaginable.
Chili Con Queso is a staple to the Texan's diet. The average serving (1 oz.) has only 3.3g of carbs, 80 calories and adds terrific flavor to any boring meal. Salt watchers beware... one serving has 459mg of Sodium. For the rest of us, enjoy!
