How To Prepare:
There are no amounts here because you can stretch or shrink the amounts depending on people eating.
Decapitate mushrooms (large ones are preferable) and place heads upside down in greased oven-proof pan. Put shrimp meat (canned or thawed, frozen) into and around mushroom caps. Drizzle home-made Hollandaise sauce (don't inundate the mushrooms) over all. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Place pan in preheated 400 deg. oven for 15 - 20 minutes until mushroom liquor begins to seep to bottom of pan. Turn on broiler and watch until cheese browns. Enjoy.
