1 large portabella mushroom
2 tablespoons tomato sauce -- I use tomato juice with pizza seasoning
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese -- grated, or whatever
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
pepperoni slice -- and other favorite
other favorite pizza toppings
How To Prepare:
I slice my mushroom lengthwise, top each slice with the sauce grated cheese, toppings, and sprinkle the parmesean on top.
I bake these in my toaster oven at about 425, for like 10 minutes tops, just until the cheese is bubbly.
These are surprisingly good, kinda like eating all the good stuff off pizza crusts but not
*quite* so messy.
