How To Prepare: Take one block of firm tofu. Press firmly with paper towels all over to absorb as much water as possible.

Slice lengthways to get appox 5 or 6 thin slabs. Fry in hot olive oil (these will splatter!) till golden brown and crispy.

Spread with a thin smear of low carb tomatoe paste ( I used tomato puree in a tube) for a 'taste' and then load with favourite pizza topping...I used cheddar cheese, salami and herbs.

Place in a hot oven for approx 5-10mins. Eat!
