1 Head Green Cabbage
6 Hard boiled Eggs
Mayonaise
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
|

How To Prepare:
|
Shred cabbage and chop up the hard boiled eggs (not too finely).
Toss eggs and cabbage and add enough mayo to moisten.
Add vinegar to taste (I like mine tart)
Season with salt and pepper, again to taste.
