16 ounces smoked sausage -- halved lengthwise,
sliced in thick bite size pieces
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons horseradish
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green onions
How To Prepare:
Stir-fry sausage in large non-stick skillet approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium power 1 minute. Stir, heat another minute or more if necessary.
This recipe comes from the Sunday coupon pages - courtesy of Eckrich Smoked Sausage. They display the dip in a bowl, set on a plate surrounded with chunks of sausage(aka Polish Sausage or Kielbasa) stabbed with toothpicks. Everyone loved it at the Superbowl party we attended.
