24 small mushrooms -- (24 to 30)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 slices bacon
1 1/4 ounces bleu cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
How To Prepare:
Remove stems from mushrooms & chop fine. Saute in butter until brown, add pepper. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, chop & add to stems. Combine cheese, sour cream, stems & bacon & fill caps. Broil 6-8 mins. 4" from broiler or bake at 350F for 15 mins.
Note: This usually makes too much filling. Use extra for a dip or ??.
