Ingredients: 1 Boxes whole fresh mushrooms -- (1 to 2)
1 pound package pork sausage (hot or mild)
1 package cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
shredded parmesian cheese (may use grated)
How To Prepare: Cut stems off mushrooms and using a tsp. scoop out a "bowl" in the cap.

Melt butter and pour into a baking dish, line mushrooms in melted butter.

Cook sausage until brown, scrambling it like hamburger meat. Drain grease, add cream cheese and stir until melted and mixed well with sausage.

Spoon into mushrooms and sprinkle with parmesian cheese. Bake at *350 for
about 25 minutes....Turn oven to "broil" setting, broil for 5 minutes, until parmesan is browned. These really are to die for; good hot or cold.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy, Quick, and simple ingredients.
Cons: I eat too many.

I eat these all the time. Husband loves them too. Can't get the kids to try them because they are mushrooms though. Great Recipe.
