Positive aspects of the product (pros): taste awesome
Cons: directions/ingredients a little unclear

These are awesome! Everybody loves them. They are soooooooo good!!!!! YUMMY! Few things, you actually need to double the amount of shrimp per jalapeno, since you halve the peppers. Also, I cook my in oven at 350 until bacon is more crispy. Process is longer then 20 minutes, especially when you are cleaning the peppers and it feels like someone just sprayed pepper spray nearby.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great taste! Easy to make.
Cons: I can't really think of any... they're just plain great!

I ended up using half plain cream cheese, and half shredded colby jack cheese instead of the chive cream cheese, and it turned out great! Next time I may just buy the peppers in a jar, as it did take some time (and rubber gloves!) to get the fresh ones halved and scooped out. Anyway, this is a great recipe! Even the members of my family who dislike jalapeƱos were sniffing eagerly around the oven! Thanks for posting it!
