15-20 Large Shrimp
8 OZ Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat
15-20 Medium/Large Jalapeno's
Tony's Creole Seasoning
Oscar Mayer or Deli Bacon
1 bundle Scallions
How To Prepare:
While cleaning shrimp set out Cream Cheese to soften,Slice Jalapeno's in middle and clean thoroughly,sprinkle a tad of Tony's Seasoning into soft cream cheese and fork until spread out,add thinly sliced scallions and mix well,fill boat shaped jalapeno's with mixture,press shrimp lightly into pepper/mixture and wrap completely around with bacon,insert toothpick all the way through so it holds real well. You can either smoke or grill these slowly until bacon is lightly crispy/lay aluminum foil with small holes in it so you can catch cream cheese if necessary.Also, they can be broiled on low or baked. Be sure bacon is done nicely. These will definitely become a favorite recipe for you and yours! The more oyu make them the better they will get.
