Description:
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast 0 carbs
3 tbs soy flour (for 1/4 cup is 7.4g carbs)
2 eggs .6ea carbs
Oil as needed


spices (add to soy flour)1/2 tsp ea
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Oregeno
Creole
Salt to taste !! (Needed)
you can sub any spice but I do recomend that you use it !!
How To Prepare: 1. Beat eggs I flavor my eggs (added salt & pepper)


2. Slice Chicken into finger pieces.


3. Place Chicken into the eggs and mix together.


4. Make flour mix


5. Turn on frying pan to medium heat and wait until hot


6. Remove chicken from eggs and mix in flour mix.


7. Place on frying pan brown on both sides.


8. Make any type of dip
9. Eat
