LeAnn ChickenBreast Tenderloin With Garlic Cream Sauce

6 Tenderloin Breast
1/4c. minced onion
1/2c. fresh mushrooms
1-Can of spinach
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1-1/4c. chicken broth optional
1/2c. Heavy cream
1/2c. Sour Cream Optional
Pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Cook chicken in butter when done add onion,mushrooms and garlic stir occasionally.Then add butter and chicken broth,heavy cream just enough to get it hot then remove from heat and add sour cream stir until thickens. Then split spinach in half and top completely with sauce and chicken.
