1 1/2 pounds ground turkey or beef
2 scallions, minced
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), minced
1/2 cup keto bread crumbs or crushed pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 log (8 oz.) goat cheese (or any other cheese), cut into 6 pieces
2 red onions, sliced
How To Prepare:
Heat grill to medium-high for direct heat. Combine first eight ingredients. Form mixture into 12 patties. Place 1 slice goat cheese in the center of each of six patties, top with remaining patties. Pinch seams of patties together to seal. Grill stuffed burgers and onion slices 6-8 minutes per side.
