Ingredients: 2 cups Tomatillos2-3 cloves Garlic1/4 cup cilantro1 cup Heavy or sour cream4 chicken breasts, sliced
A little salsa music
How To Prepare: I roast my tomatillos in the oven until they are soft and golden and then I blend them with the cilantro, cream and garlic. Brown chicken and then simmer in this sauce. I used to serve this over rice, now I eat it alone or with a wasa cracker, or veggies. This is a knock your socks off recipe that is so simple but will make you the hit of any potluck you bring it to.
