1 1/2 c. Parmesean Cheese
1/2 c. Paprika
4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or to taste) 1 Tbs Cumin
1 Tbs Salt
2 tsp Splenda
How To Prepare:
Mix together, coat chicken or pork with it. Place on rack over dish with water in bottom. Bake at 350-400 till done (In my area it takes over an hour.)
