4 skinless bonless breasts
2 pk frozen chopped spinach
1 c mayonaise
1 c grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c sour cream
1 t ground pepper
How To Prepare:
Poach chicken until slightly done. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Microwave or pre-thaw frozen spinach. Drain and squeeze thoroughly. Mix parmesan, mayonaise and sour cream together. Mix spinach and chicken. Place in 9 x 12 baking pan. Spread parmesan mixure over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 min.
