Ingredients:

16 fresh mushrooms
1 yellow, orange, or red bell pepper
1 lge white onion
3 chicken breats
2 tbsp. emerils essence spice
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lemon

How To Prepare:
|
cut all veggies and chicken into 1 inch squares and place all in a bowl. mix essence and oil and pour over veggies and chicken. let sit in fridge about an hour. place on 4 kabob sticks. squeeze half of the lemon juice on before grilling. cook on grill till chicken is done. before taking off grill squeeze on rest of the juice and enjoy.
