1 cups oil
2 cups cider vinegar
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
How To Prepare:
Beat egg, then add all other ingredients in cold pan. Blend over med-low heat until heated through & slightly thickened. Stir constantly to prevent egg from curdling. DO NOT BOIL! may be doubled, tripled, etc. depending on how much chicken you need to marianate. Basic recipe will marinate 4 large chicken breasts and/or thighs. For BEST results, marinade UNCOOKED chicken in sauce overnight in refrigerator. Can bake for normal chicken time, but best done slow on a grill, basting often. This will wow EVERYONE at your BBQ! This is UNBELIEVABLE,my family will kill me, you like fireman's or fair chicken? HERE IT IS!
