Ingredients:
|
2 large chicken breasts cubed
4 TBSP chopped ginger
2 TBSP crushed garlic
1 tsp. red chili paste or red chili pepper flakes
4 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP white vinegar
1/3 C.DaVinci S/F Orange Syrup
1 TBSP Sugar Twin Brown Sugar
2 TBSP White Vinegar

How To Prepare:
|
In a container add chicken breasts, ginger, garlic, chili,soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix well and let refrigerate overnight.
Drain liquid from chicken mixture in seperate bowl. Heat nonstick skillet on high heat. Add chicken. Use measuring cup to mix syrup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Set aside. Cook chicken until almost done. Use reserved marinade liquid to add moisture if chicken start to stick or appear dry. Be sure to taste syrup mixture to be sure it's spicy, sweet, and tangy enough for your taste. "Tweak" if needed. Add syrup mixture and stir well until chicken is well coated.
