1/2 C CHICKEN STOCK
1t. GARLIC POWDER
6 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1/4 C. SLICED GREEN ONIONS

How To Prepare:
|
SATUE CHICKEN IN SKILLET UNTIL JUST DONE 8-12 MINUTES.
SET ASIDE. POUR CHICKEN STOCK INTO SAME SKILLET AND SCRAPE THE BOTTOM FOR BROWN BITS. COOK THIS FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC POWDER AND WHISK IN SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE. (SAUCE SHOULD BE THE THICKNESS OF HEAVY CREAM..IF TO THICK ADD A LITTLE MORE STOCK.)..REUTRN CHICKEN AND HEAT THROUGHOUT.. ADD GREEN ONIONS JUST BEFORE SERVING.
