Description: Awesome Low Carb Parmesan Baked Chicken
Ingredients: 6 boneless/skinless chicken thighs, 1 stick butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 Tablespoons dried parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, dash of Cumin.
How To Prepare: Melt butter in skillet with garlic and cook for one minute, let cool. Mix cheese, Parsley, Cumin and Thyme on a large plate. Dredge chicken in garlic butter then into the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick coating. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden and juices run clear.
