ME! I made this up..no really. Chicken Gumbo (without the rice & all that carbage!)

I'm obsessed with spicy foods...and this just hits the spot! I eat it all the time!
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 green, yellow, and red pepper
2 cups cubed chicken
1 pkg. frozen gumbo veggie mix
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic
2 packages of splenda
3 dashes of hot sauce (I also put in cayanne and red pepper flakes..but that's only for the brave!)
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 cup chicken broth
How To Prepare:
It's as simple as this...saute the peppers in the oil, then mix the rest together in a large pot and stir, cook, and simmer for about 20 - 30 minutes.

depends on how much you eat!
