Easy to make and my whole family loves them. They are great as a meal with a side of veggies or as a snack when Im searching the fridge for something safe to eat.
-boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into thirds
-boiled ham, deli style (retangular)
How To Prepare:
-Lay a piece of ham flat, place a piece of chicken on it, sprinkle with parmesan, roll up, place in stacks in the crock pot
- cook on low for 3.5 hours and check for doneness
-drain off liquid and stack in tupperware style container and store in the fridge
