Description: This quick and easy turkey meatloaf is very tasty and low carb too!


I usually just throw this together so I am really not sure about amounts.


You can add low carb bread crumbs to the mixture if you would like.


I hope you enjoy this as much as my girlfriend and I do!
Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Turkey
1 lg can of chopped canned Mushrooms
1 egg
1 sm. chopped onion
2-3 oz Feta Cheese
Hot Sauce (amount depends on how hot you like it)
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
How To Prepare: Chop canned mushrooms and onion in mini-chopper or food processor.
Mix all ingredient EXCEPT feta cheese together in a bowl.
Put half mixture in loaf pan
Sprinkle cheese on top of meat mixture
Cover cheese with rest of meat mixture
Top with some hot sauce
Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes


I like to use a clear loaf pan so I can tell when then meat is cooked all the way through.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Delicious
Cons: Possibly a bit high on carbs

Absolutely delicious. If you like spicy food then the hot sauce hits the spot perfectly. Also, as a cheese lover that has to limit it, the addition of this being a "cheese-stuffed" meatloaf was great. I definitely recommend this to spicy/cheese lovers.
