It's basically artichoke dip with chicken in it. I usually make it and then add cheddar or mozzarella to the left overs so it's not like eating the same thing the next day.
2 cans artichoke hearts chopped
2-3 chicken breasts pre cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces
1.5 cups mayonnaise
0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
dash of garlic powder
How To Prepare:
Heat oven to 350. Stir all ingredients & spread into 1.5 or 2 quart casserole dish. Top with more parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes. Broil for the last couple minutes to brown the top.
