I serve this with some low carb marinara sauce and a few pinches of mozzerella cheese!
ONE SERVING is 3 tenderloins on the side, serve a nice salad with greens and cucumbers
6 Chicken Tenderloins
1 cp. Parmesean cheese (green can)
1/2 cp. Italian seasonings
1/2 cp. Low Carb Marinara sauce
3tbs. mozzerella cheese
some vegatable oil (optional)
ranch dressing (optional)
How To Prepare:
Preheat@ 360 degrees
Mix the cheese and the seasonings together in a shallow dish, add a dash of salt and pepper if you like. The chicken tenderloins should be wet, I use water, but you can try to brush on some veg. oil or even some ranch dressing (NOT too much, just enough to make them 'wet'). Place chicken into the cheese and herb mixture, make sure you press down on the tenderloins to make the most of the mixture STICK. You should have chicken that looks somewhat breaded. Now, in a shallow baking pan, place a little oil, and lay the chicken in there to bake for about 20 minutes. UNCOVERED! So that they get nice and brown.
