Description: Easy Mexican Dish. I love this!!!
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breasts
8 Low Carb Tortillas
Salsa (try to find lowest carb count)
How To Prepare: Boil Chicken until cooked throughly.
Then shred the chicken up and place into a medium bowl. Add Salsa and mix throughly.


Place the chicken and salsa mix on tortillas and fold into rectangles sort of like a burritto.
Place the chimichangas on a greased cookie sheet and bake on 375 for 15-20 minutes or until brown on top.


Top with sour cream, taco sauce, etc.,
