Description: This has a great crust and taste. Make it ahead and pop it in the oven for 20 minutes.

The entire dish was gone, kids and hubby loved it!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of Mayo
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tsp of low carb bread crumbs
(if making bread crumbs yourself, make sure they are finely crushed)
How To Prepare: Combine mayo and cheese.

Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!
Number of Servings: 4
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 2 for the entire dish (depends on your breadcrumbs)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes + cooking time
